Payment for advertising space is handled by our third party payment provider. You acknowledge that exchange rate differences apply where you are purchasing advertising space in a currency other than the Australian dollar (AUD). We take no responsibility for any error in exchange rates or payments that may occur. No refunds are payable for any reason not covered in clause 3. Advertisers are not permitted to assign or transfer their pixel space.

At the conclusion of the "Our Earth's Great Race" offer, Earthhoppers will donate 10% of the profit it raises from selling pixel's space advertising in a particular country (as denoted on the Earthhoppers map) to a children's charity within each particular country. The recipient of the donation is at the sole discretion of Earthhoppers.
